Some items on our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” purchases. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can manage or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will automatically be charged for each recurring order unless you choose a prepaid option where available.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Subscription Confirmation
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your subscription and first order.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Renewals
Each scheduled subscription renewal automatically generates a new order and charges your saved payment method unless cancelled before the renewal date.
No Cancellation After Order Creation
Once a recurring subscription order has been created, it cannot be cancelled because it immediately enters processing and fulfillment.
Valid Orders
All subscription orders generated after enrollment are considered valid and authorized transactions and will be processed and billed accordingly.
